DESCRIPTION: Double row of very sharp transverse imprints, commonly single but some joined to form bifid impressions.

BEHAVIOR(S): Locomotion, repichnia.

ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS: Marine to continental terrestrial.

POSSIBLE TRACEMAKERS: Arthropods

GEOLOGIC RANGE: Cambrian-recent.

REMARKS: Glaessner (1957) attributed the trace to arthropods. Occur in strata once considered as part of the Precambrian, but the boundary was redefined to include those rocks in the Cambrian.
