DESCRIPTION: Trace of small elliptic depressions on bedding surface arranged in four groups of repeating two anterior tracks and two posterior tracks.

BEHAVIOR(S): Repichnia (locomotion)

ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS: Marine to continental settings.

POSSIBLE TRACEMAKERS: Eight-legged animals or those with more legs but use eight for walking; crustaceans (marine) and arachnids and scorpions (continental).

GEOLOGIC RANGE: Permian-recent

REMARKS: REMARKS: May appear similar to other locomotion traces. Typical of eolian deposits, particularly found on dune slip faces composed of wind ripple laminations.
