DESCRIPTION: Long, slender, smooth trails of uniform thickness throughout; mostly bent but not meandering.

BEHAVIOR(S): Repichnia, Fodichnia.

ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS: Marine to continental aquatic.

POSSIBLE TRACEMAKERS: vermiform organisms, insect larvae, gastropods.

GEOLOGIC RANGE: Neoproterozoic-recent
